The cover artwork for RKZ’s 2010 mixtape “Dark Night of the Soul” mix-tape was assigned to me, as usual. The project for him was considered his most personal yet, so in contrast, and along with his styling, we chose to go with a very otherworldly, yet impersonal look for the cover.
An all typographic approach to simply say, the name of the mix-tape and who it’s by. Nothing else.
